Our house disposes of 4 nice holiday apartments, different in measurements and suitable for 2 up to 6 people. Well-furnished and really comfortable, our rooms offer the relaxation you need after an exciting and demanding day.
The Apartments
All of the apartments dispose of a big terrace/lawn, sat-TV and bathroom with WC and shower.
The apartments feature:
- Living room with kitchen area, complete with coffee machine, tea towels, electric kettle, glass-ceramic stove, dishwasher and frige
- Sofa bed
- Bed linen
- Bathroom with shower/bath and towels
- SAT-TV
- Internet
- Balcony or terrace with panoramic view
Upon request we would be glad to provide the room with a crib or additional bed for children.
Breakfast
On request, we are happy to supply a basket filled with breakfast products such as milk, muesli, yogurt, butter, home-made jams, fresh fruit, bread, cold cuts, cheese and more.

Each flat is 70 m², each consisting of 2 separate bedrooms, a living room with kitchen area, and a south-facing balcony.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Your holiday flat is ready for you from 15:00 and your holiday can begin. By arrangement, you can also arrive earlier and unload your luggage in the meantime. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the flat by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
Sunday is our family day, which we like to dedicate entirely to ourselves and our family. For this reason, arrival on Sunday is only possible from 18:00 or we will leave the key by arrangement.
PAYMENT
The flat is reserved for you as soon as we receive the deposit. The remaining amount can be transferred before departure or paid on site in cash or by card.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
We ask for your understanding that we have to charge a part of the costs in case of no-show or early departure:
Your reservation becomes binding as soon as the deposit agreed with us has been credited to our account. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit of € 200.00 will be retained. Cancellation is free of charge up to 1 month before your arrival date. From 1 month to 7 days before arrival we charge 3 days of the booked stay. For cancellations at even shorter notice, we will try our best and in the worst case charge 80% of the booking amount.
With the confirmation of your reservation you accept our cancellation conditions at the same time.
We recommend that you take out "Red Rooster" cancellation insurance to cover any cancellation fees and to ensure that you can look forward to your holiday with peace of mind.
